Shipping Information

Electronic/Debit Orders

• We will begin preparing your order as soon as we receive notification of your payment. Depending on the number of orders we have, and the stock status of your items this can take up to several days.  Once your order is complete it will ship. 

Order Status - Order status email notifications will follow each order status update.

• Pending - Order is holding pending payment arrival and clearance (if by check.)
• Preparing - Order is holding while previous orders are completed.
• Processing - Order is being created.
• In Transit - Order is in transit.
• Delivered - Order has been delivered.

Shipping Calculations

• Shipping calculations are automatically generated by the US Postal Service, and UPS.  You can select the pickup option for items that do not require shipping.

Return Information

     All DVD & CD media are automatically verified for errors and readability immediately after they are burned.  This insures the highest possible level of quality control.  If you are having technical difficulties with your media please contact us with details of your specific problem and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem.
