Elder Collier was invited by the General Conference Ministerial Association to give a message at the General Conference Ministerial Council at Atlantic City, New Jersey, June 19, 1970, on prayer meeting and his CLOSING EVENTS STUDIES and CLOSING EVENTS CHART.  All of the CLOSING EVENTS STUDIES, including Study No. 22 and THE CHART, were displayed and promoted at this meeting. 2. The General Conference Ministerial Association displayed and promoted CLOSING EVENTS STUDY No. 22 and THE CHART at their booth at the 1970 General Conference session.  3. The November, 1970 issue of THE MINISTRY magazine, which is published by the General Conference Ministerial Association, printed Elder Collier's above-mentioned message.  In this same issue, promotion was also given to this book, CLOSING EVENTS STUDY No. 22, THE EARLY AND LATTER RAIN OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, and to THE CLOSING EVENTS CHART. 4.
